Attaching the Steering Rod to your new Wirecar(tm)
Steps:
1. Locate the following:
(A) Black Steering Rod.
(B) Large Key Ring (Remove it from the Base of the Black
Steering Rod).
(C) Wirecar(tm).
2. Steps to attach the Black Steering Rod to your Wirecar(tm):
(D) Place the split located at the opposite end of the two
large circles of the Black Steering Rod, loop down, onto the
Vertical bar of the T-shape located inside the steering wheel
on top of the Wirecar(tm).
(E) Take the Large Key Ring and feed it between (above) the
two black loops of the Steering Rod and (below) the Vertical
bar of the Wirecar(tm).
